Its membership consists of people from diverse ministry situations and various geographical regions.

	Mission Statement We seek to promote life-changing education ministry for Asian-American congregations by: Empowering people to deepen their passion for God and to discover and develop spiritual gifts; Enabling people to teach with confidence through understanding the fundamentals of ministry; and Equipping people with skills and methods to maximize their effectiveness in educational ministry. Goals of Educational Ministry Team We aspire to accomplish the following objectives with Asian-American congregations: Assess and diagnose current educational needs; Plan educational programs; Develop, promote, and implement leaders and resources; and Network with leaders to share, encourage and support the educational ministries.
