Office of Asian American Leadership serves the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) as a vital and growing church in an increasingly multi-cultural and multi-racial society by developing and providing the Asian-American church leaders of all ages and sexes who are transformed in Jesus Christ.

This office establishes four programmatic priorities:

1. Building Leadership in the Second Generation Ministry
2. Building Leadership in Lay Ministry
3. Building Leadership in Educational Ministry
4. Building Leadership through communication and networking.
