Interview with International Peacemaker from Madagascar, Reverend Helivao Poget

International Peacemaker Rev. Helivao Poget works on the streets of Madagascar's capitol, Antananarivo, with those caught in cycles of poverty, prostitution, and addiction. She also plays an important role in the Malsagasy Christian Council of Churches by working with other church leaders to find a peaceful resolution to the ongoing political crisis in Madagascar. She is currently touring and speaking throughout the Synod of Lakes and Prairies, Hastings College and the presbyteries of East Iowa, Central Nebraska, Central Florida and Peace River.

Helivao recently sat down with Presbyterian News Service for an interview about her itineration across the United States. You can read it here
