Prayers for South Sudan

from our partners in World Mission

South Sudan greatly needs our prayers  during this extremely tense time. Please keep our South Sudanese partners and Nancy McGaughey who is in Juba ministering with the displaced Murle community  in your prayers.  All of our other mission co-workers are out of South Sudan just now. Debbie Blane is  in South Africa working on her Th.D. course, the Smith Mathers are in Louisville to attend the Big Tent (Shelvis is a speaker), Sharon Curry is in Pennsylvania, the Georges are on furlough and Leisa Wagstaff begins her  assignment there next month.   We were encouraged to hear from Greg Allen Picket that “800+ people at New Wilmington Mission Conference just prayed for Nancy and our partners in South Sudan. Lord in your mercy."
