About CFCS

CFCS was started in 1950 as an office of the Presbyterian Church. Since that time CFCS has conducted more than 5,500 campaigns predominantly in Presbyterian congregations, but also in presbyteries and other Presbyterian institutions as well as for churches in other denominations.

CFCS is rooted in Reformed Theology and is biblically based, emphasizing principles of stewardship that lead to increased financial commitments. We are staffed by Presbyterian clergy and elders who are able to work effectively with churches, presbyteries and agencies.

Consultants work with the organization being served to develop a program to meet the unique needs of your particular situation. CFCS provides materials and strategies as well as time and experience tested stewardship and fund-raising principles. Partnering with CFCS has proven effective in helping churches raise the dollars needed to enhance their own special ministries.

When working with CFCS you have the entire team behind your campaign: your Consultant, the Coordinator, the CFCS office and backup of the other CFCS professionals.
