An Invitation to Action for Children

As you go from this place
Carry with you these words on the needs of children—
they are an invitation to action.

Then remember that because
Jesus welcomed children—
Jesus blessed children and
Jesus cared about children—
I charge you as followers of Christ

To love, care for and serve the needs of children
In whatever circumstance you find them.
And may the Peace of Christ guide us as we go.
