"A Vision for Children and the Church", a document of the 205th General Assembly (1993), states that all children are affected first and most deeply by those things that work against health and wholeness.

Every Moment Counts

Every 47 seconds, a child is born in the United States without any health insurance. Already this year we have seen tragic cases of how a lack of simple health insurance for a child can have fatal results.
