Presbyterian
Leadership Search Effort (PLSE)
Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, ‘Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?’ And I said, ‘Here am I; send me!’” Isaiah 6:8
What is PLSE?
PLSE is a ministry of the PC(USA) that seeks to connect young people to programs of the church and the world in the midst of exploring the questions, “Who is God calling me to be?” and “How can I use the gifts God has given me?”
Find out more about PLSE as published in the "vocation" issue of Horizons: the Magazine for Presbyterian Women.

PLSE is a program of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) for youth and young adults ages 15-25. These young people are called PLSE Leaders. PLSE Leaders have opportunities to:
- Discover service and leadership opportunities in the denomination and beyond;
- Participate in inquiry and discernment events;
- Explore a sense of call and grow in faith;
- Respond to information contained in monthly email newsletters;
- Connect to an online community to discuss issues with other youth and young adults;
- Form mentoring relationships.
