If your computer has an internet security software (virus, firewall, malware and spyware protection) and you are having problems receiving email from Church Leadership Connection, we recommend that you:

Add the following CLC email addresses to your computer and bookmark:

CPS Staff

CIF Query

PIF Query

These addresses are used to request approvals for:

• Attestation
• Notify Churches of a Match
• PIF and CIF Changes
• Notification of Other Services Provided by CLC

Make sure your email address is correct in CLC.

If the internet security software has blocked off the above CLC email addresses you will need to unblock by adding them as “accepted” or “trusted” email accounts.

Note:  Depending on your Internet service provider (ISP) please check your “junk, bulk, spam and delete folders”.
