Synod Committee on Representation Annual Report Form – The General Assembly Committee on Representation (GACOR) asks that synod committees on representation (CORs) report annually on the status of synod and presbytery CORs.

The report is simple to complete and GACOR asks that it be sent to GACOR by the end of October of each year. Information from the completed forms is used by GACOR in its Report to the General Assembly.

Recommendation Form – GACOR works with the General Assembly Nominating Committee (GANC) to secure names of candidates to serve on boards and committees of General Assembly entities. When completed, the forms are sent to the GACOR manager, who in turn submits them to GANC for processing.
