fees due by check, you will mail it with your completed registration form.
Through June 30, no more than two elders from any church may register, to
provide for participation from as many of our congregations as possible. If
spaces are still available after June 30, registrations from other elders from
congregations already represented will be accepted.
Spouses are encouraged to attend, but there is a separate
$250 spouse registration fee if they will participate in the conference group
meals. For those using online registration, the elder and spouse will each complete
a separate online registration, and pay the $250 fee with each.

Fees
The conference registration fee is $250 per person,
which includes 5 meals (from dinner on Wednesday, through breakfast on Friday). The
spouse registration fee is also $250 for meals.
Travel, ground transportation and lodging is on your
own. A special
discounted conference rate of $99 per night is available at the Renaissance
Hotel Nashville.
Cancellations
There will be a $25 cancellation fee for registrations
cancelled by August 7. There are no refunds after that date.

National Presbyterian Evangelism Conference
If you are interested in also attending this conference,
which will begin Friday afternoon, August 31, at the Gaylord Opryland in Nashville,
more information and online registration is available.
This is a separate conference and a separate registration and registration fee
is required.
