Getting to Nashville

Ground Transportation

The Nashville airport is located about 15 minutes from downtown.  More information on ground transportation will be sent to all registered attendees in advance — the current cost of the airport shuttle is $18 round trip.

Lodging

Rooms are available at the Renaissance Hotel at the special conference rate of $99 per night (single or double occupancy) plus tax.  

The Renaissance is a full service, four-diamond hotel in downtown Nashville, connected to the Nashville Convention Center, where the conference general sessions, workshops and most meals will take place.

Meals

The registration fees include most meals over the course of the conference, including:

  • Wednesday dinner
  • Thursday breakfast, lunch and dinner
