About the location

The National Presbyterian Evangelism Conference is being held at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center 2800 Opryland Drive, Nashville, TN. Nashville. The facility is located seven miles (approximately 10 minutes driving time) from Nashville International Airport. Ground transportation

Airport shuttle
Gaylord Opryland offers daily shuttle service round trip from the Nashville International Airport to Gaylord Opryland – approximately a 10 minute drive. You may fi nd the Gaylord Opryland Welcome desk on the lower level of the airport located between the two escalators. Our agent will assist you with your ticket or you may use our convenient kiosk located at the desk. The agent will assist you with directions to the bus. In the event you do not encounter an airport agent, you may proceed directly to the bus and the driver will assist you with your ticket purchase. You will locate our convenient shuttle location immediately to the left as you exit the front door of the lower level of the airport. The cost is $30 per person, round trip or $20 per person one way.

On-site parking is available for hotel guests at $10.00/ day; non-hotel guests will be charged $12.00/day.

The Nashville area enjoys warm summer months with average daytime temperatures in the upper 80’s and evening temperatures in the high 60’s.

Meals

Payment of registration includes the following meals: dinner on Friday, lunch on Saturday, lunch and dinner on Sunday and a continental breakfast on Monday. Complimentary coffee will be provided.

Child care

Provided by La Petit Academy, childcare is available during the conference. A licensed facility, they will reserve spaces for children 6 months to 3 years and 3 years to 6 years for a fee of $10.00/hour/child. Any child not enrolled in elementary school is required to bring a record of all immunizations. To make reservations, call (615) 885-1821. (Please note: the facility is located in a separate building and no transportation is provided. La Petit Academy will be closed on Labor Day, September 3rd.)

Accessibility issues

The expanse of the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center covers approximately 7 acres; conference participants should be aware of the amount of walking that will be required. The hotel through Home Rehab Mobility located in the Cascades Lobby rents electric scooters for $35.00/day and wheelchairs for $10.00/day. To make sure that supply meets demand, call 1- 615-458-2615 for a reservation. If extensive walking is a challenge for you, you may reserve a sleeping room in an area that is closer to the conference events and the Presidential area for Plenary and Worship. These requests are allocated on a first come, first serve basis. If you have other accessibility needs, please mark those on the registration form.
