So when are we going to get more details about the Big Tent Event? We are working hard to get a good contingency from our Presbytery to attend, but with only 4 meetings a year, we don't have much time to talk this up unless we have some info in the next week or so.

Thanks, Kerry. What is the start time on June 30 and what is the end time on July 2? Just trying to schedule travel and plan for housing and expenses. The last/first Big Tent was so good I hope to bring lots of people to this one.

And children and youth will be vital participants of Big Tent too! Not only will there be child care, and chidlren's and youth programs, but older youth wioll have the option to participate in a Pathways Event that will run alongside the Big Tent. The chidlren's and youth programs will take advantage of the location - museums, the zoo, NCAA Hall of Champions and more all offer a great opportunity for easy access off-site experiences!

Like the last Big Tent, exhibits and workshop leadership will be limited to the six General Assembly Agencies and their ministries or covenant partners. For more information about workshops, feel free to e-mail me. Exhibit hall information will be available in January.

My wife and I attended the World Mission Conference in Cincinnati in 2009. At GA I asked about the nest one and was told it would be held with the Big Tent event. If this is so, please start advertising this as well.

Any more news? I.e. What is required to hold an event at the Big Tent? Perhaps it's been announced and I've missed it - this is the only thing that "Search" gave me for 2011 Big Tent.

Hi, Kerry! I have a question about the Big Tent in 2011. Is there a way that the Korean American Presbyterian Clergywomen's group can have a pre-conference like meeting right before the Big Tent to ride on the back of Big Tent? We have an annual conference and we are trying to see if we can schedule it right before to get more participants. I left my number on your voicemail, so if you would give me a call, I would really appreciate it! Thank you!
