The 2012 Churchwide Gathering of Presbyterian Women will bring together thousands of women (and a few men) for worship, education, community-building, and much more.

Registration tips: Registration is open and you may pay by credit card or check. You will need to submit one registration for each participant. Workshops and forums are for registered participants only. For information about the Gathering, email Patricia Longfellow or call (800) 728-7228, x8015. Register by May 15 to save $40 on full adult registration!

*If you are registering online, you may find it helpful to have a print or download version of the registration booklet, which offers full descriptions of registration packages, workshops, forums, tours, housing, transportation and much more. In online registration, you may click on italicized type for more information.

**If you are flying to Orlando, reserve and pay for your airport shuttle during registration even if travel arrangements are not finalized.

  4. Great ways to advertise, but missing a cost somewhere. That is the question I am asked the most - How much will it cost? I am showing the videao (great one) at the Fall Gathering ( assuming it is allowable from the computer), and trying to build excitement. They just don't know they have not lived until they have been there.

  6. Hi Louise, thanks for asking! At the Churchwide level, we'll be sending out the 2012 Churchwide Gathering of Presbyterian Women promotional packet, which will go to over 850 PW leaders across the country. PW Communications has a video that will soon load to the web site, so please watch for that. There will also be a Gathering post card mailing to thousands of PW later this year. We're getting ready--how about you?
