Native American Education Grant

For Alaska Natives and Native Americans pursuing full-time post-secondary education.

Criteria

Be a m ember of a Native American or Alaska Native tribe
Be a full-time student at an accredited college or university in the United States
Demonstrate a 2.5 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale
Demonstrate Cost of Attendance with preference to students demonstrating Financial Need

Preference in awarding is given to members of Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) congregations. Native American students from all faith traditions are encouraged to apply.

Range of award

Native American Educational Grant - $500-$1,500
Supplemental Grant for PC(USA) members - $500

Renewable:

Up to first degree; after first degree dependent upon availability of funds

June 15, 2010

The Native American Education Grant is closed for 2009-2010 and will reopen for 2010-2011 in April.
