"Foundations of Presbyterian Polity" – proposed replacement for Chapters I-IV of the current Form of Government.

"Form of Government" – proposed replacement for Chapters V-XVIII of the current Form of Government.

"Advisory Handbook for Councils for the Development of Policies and Procedures Required by the Form of Government" – an integral component of the proposed revised Form of Government
