If you are a commissioner, advisory delegate, synod or presbytery staff, or other official participant be sure to have your user ID and password handy before you start the online registration process. (This information was sent to you in a letter from the G.A. Meeting Service.) The assembly registration fee is $50. The GA Meeting Service accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and checks. Payment by credit card is recommended for those using online registration. if you pay by check, your registration is not processed until the check is received and matched with your registration.
The assembly is an open meeting, but in the interest of safety and security, admission to plenary sessions is limited to registered participants wearing an official assembly name badge. Important Deadlines
- May 5: to request assembly housing

Changes and Cancellations
You cannot make changes or cancel your registration,
hotel reservation or ticket purchases online. If you have registered
for the assembly and decide later to purchase additional event
tickets, please do so by downloading
the ticket form and mailing it or faxing it as directed,
or by contacting GA Meeting Service and purchasing them using
a credit card.
Registration fees, less a $10 cancellation fee, are refundable if notice of cancellation is received by May 22nd deadline.

Registering On-Site
Participants who do not need assistance with housing arrangements may register on-site. The $10 on-site registration fee includes a name badge and the General Assembly Program. The on-site registration fee will be waived for attendees for whom this would be a financial hardship.
Optional Tickets and Events
The assembly schedule includes many optional activities described in the day-by-day schedule. They are planned for observers and others without official responsibilities and some events conflict with assembly business meetings.
Registration for the assembly is not required
to purchase tickets to events. Tickets will be available for
pick-up at the ticket booth at the Birmingham Jefferson Convention
Complex. The registration deadline is May 4, and the advance
ticket sales will close on May 22.. Event sponsors reserve the
right to cancel events if a minimum number of tickets are not
sold by the deadline.
Tickets ordered in advance are distributed with participants' assembly badges beginning Wednesday afternoon, June 14. Remaining tickets to some events will be on sale beginning Wednesday, June 14, at the registration counter in the Birmingham Jefferson Convention Complex (BJCC).
Other than for canceled events, the Office of the General Assembly (OGA) does not refund payment for tickets orders cancelled after May 22.
