Handbook for Judicial Process

The Association of Stated Clerks has produced a Handbook of Best Practices for Judicial Process within the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). While it is not authoritative interpretation, the handbook does contain the wisdom of experienced stated clerks with the practical application of judicial process. The handbook provides helpful advice for all participants in the process.
