Of all new HIV infections in the United States, 25 percent are found in adolescents between the ages of 13 and 20. Two Americans under the age of 20 become infected with HIV every hour of every day. It is therefore imperative that our youth receive correct information about HIV/AIDS. This program provides information about AIDS prevention, equips youth with coping skills to deal with issues of death and bereavement and introduces theological reflections on how to treat people living with AIDS.
