Implementation of the PC(USA) Church Growth Strategy has contributed to organize many multicultural and ethnic specific new church developments for immigrants. One obstacle for that mission is transportation. Passenger vans are needed for immigrants to attend church services, assist them with visits to social services, language classes, education and training events. Our goal is to allocate a one-time grant toward the combined purchase of used passenger vans and one-year insurance to presbyteries or congregations ministering to immigrant groups. |
