Bryce and Phyllis are filling this position. As regional liaisons they are helping to strengthen partnerships between the PC(USA) and churches and institutions in Spain and Portugal. They help nurture four partnerships between PC(USA) presbyteries and their sister presbyteries in Portugal and Spain. Bryce is an ordained PC(USA) minister; Phyllis is a bilingual teacher. They are based in the Sacramento, CA area. |
