Rev. Dr. Thomas Arthur has been serving with the PC(USA)'s partner church, the United Reformed Church, in the United Kingdom, for more than a decade. He is pastor of the City United Reformed Church, a "hub of ecumenical activity" in the center of Cardiff, the capital of Wales. Prior to the call to City Church he served a pastorate in Birmingham, England. |
