Food Sovereignty is a worldwide campaign seeking to promote the right of peoples of any given country to produce the essential food commodities needed for their survival, in accordance with their cultural traditions and not to have to depend on outside seeds and entrant sources to do so. Furthermore, it is the right of any people to secure access to secondary food supplies as they sees fit and not to be constrained by political and military pressures from more powerful and rich countries.
