April 30

April 30th found us driving in the rain through Gore to Mettu where we met with the Illubabor Synod HIV/AIDS Staff and stayed overnight in the guest house.

Travel to Dembi Dollo where the group stayed in "Termite Terrace, " a residence formerly occupied by missionary families, including the Wellers, Dorothy's Hanson's parents, Fred and Daisy Russell and many others.

May 2

attended church services, talked at length with the Development staff of Western Wollega Bethel Synod as well as visiting the hospital, now run by A Glimmer of Hope.
