How do I use the shopping cart?

If you want to order an item, click the "Order now" button. Use the "Continue shopping" button to keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking the Shopping Cart icon on every page of the site.

How do I check out?

Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. To change item quantities or to delete an item, type the new number or "0" in the quantity field and click "Update cart." When you're ready to place an order for everything in the Shopping cart, click the "Checkout" button. You will be taken to a form where you can enter billing and payment information.

Is it safe to give you my credit card number?

Yes, your order information is secure. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure online commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

Whether or not you paid with a credit card, your order information is available only to our customer service and order processing staff and to the administrator of the ordering system. We do not share any of that information with anyone else.

How do I submit my order?

Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the "Submit" button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message.

How long will it take my order to reach me?

Your order will arrive in approximately seven days. Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground. Faster shipping options are available at additional cost.

What are the shipping charges?

The Marketplace lets you shop from both The Presbyterian Distribution Service (PDS) and The Presbyterian Publishing Corporation (PPC). Your order includes items from both PDS and PPC, which will be shipped from separate warehouses. You'll also receive a second invoice, or charge to your credit card, for shipping/handling on PPC items.

If your order contains items from Presbyterian Distribution Services (PDS), that portion of your order will be charged 10 percent for shipping: $4.50 minimum up to a maximum of $60.00.  Orders consisting only of free PDS items are shipped free of charge.

If your order contains items from the Presbyterian Publishing Corporation (PPC), that portion of your order will be charged 10 percent for shipping: $4.50 minimum up to a maximum of $60.00.
