  Clergy Support Groups
 
             
  Ministers find their ministry strengthened by meeting together regularly with colleagues in a structured way. Clergy colleague groups can provide support, mutual accountability, spiritual nurture, and growth in ministry effectiveness.   Clergy Support Group  
             
  Some ministers form ecumenical lectionary study groups. Others meet with Presbyterians within a region of their presbytery. Some choose to meet with pastors of similar size churches or ministry contexts. Some of the most effective groups have designated facilitators.
