Cincinnati is easily accessible by major interstate highways, rail and air. Most major airlines serve the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, and the Amtrak station is located about 10 minutes from the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati.
Please make your own travel arrangements as early as possible for the best fares and choice of flights. Be sure of the dates you need to travel before making your reservation — airline change fees are expensive and tickets are usually not refundable.
If you use Delta Air Lines, please use SkyBonus number US426223887 when you make your reservation on the Delta Web site or with a Delta agent at (800) 221-1212. Though no discounts apply, the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) earns credits for these flights that assist with overall denominational travel costs.
Commercial shuttle service is available between the airport and downtown hotels at a fare of $20 one way and $30 round trip. Taxi fare from the airport is available for a flat fee of $27. Taxi fare from the Amtrak station is approximately $4–$5.
Valet parking is available in the Hyatt’s indoor garage at $20 overnight with in/out privileges. Self parking is $14 with in/out privileges. Less expensive parking lots are located in the area.

A limited number of rooms are available at the Hyatt for registered World Mission Celebration participants at a special conference rate of $108 (plus tax) up to quadruple occupancy. The World Mission Celebration registration fee does not include lodging, and attendees must make their own reservations. Information on reserving lodging at the Hyatt by phone or the Internet is available at the end of the registration process. We recommend that participants find friends who are also attending and share rooms to help with expenses.
Rooms are also reserved for PC(USA) Mission Celebration at the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza, located at 35 West Fifth Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202.
