A letter from Carol and Leith Fujii in Thailand

September 2000, Part 2

Dear Praying Friends,

Thank you for lifting up the concern about the Thai Christian School. We think that for now our school recruiter has able to find teachers to replace those who have left. Temporary substitutes have been found as well, so I (Carol) do not need to fill in. But the long-term need is for Christian teachers/workers. Please continue to pray for God to send teachers into this harvest. Let us know if you know of teachers interested in serving in Bangkok.

Leith will join some of the Bangkok Institute of Theology students in a "Power of Love" camp in the northern Thailand from October 4 to 9. He will be traveling for about 10 days in total. Pray for boldness in using Thai and for God to meet him when he is feeling uncomfortable and inadequate in the language. Pray for a fruitful time of service, for the hearts of the Karen peoples to be open and to know and receive Jesus Christ into their lives. The students will be going to help build a school for the Karen children of that village.

Thank you!

Love,

The Fujii Family
