The beautiful courtyard of our New Life Conference Center, built in 1995 for outreach to Meghwal tribal people in the Rahim Yar Khan district of Pakistan. It is a place for worship, games, and presenting Bible dramas. The Center has been closed since February 2003, but we pray it will again become available for ministry in the near future.   The beautiful courtyard of our New Life Conference Center, built in 1995 for outreach to Meghwal tribal people in the Rahim Yar Khan district of Pakistan.   The Meghwal people worship sitting on the grass or on mats. Praise and worship are enhanced by playing drums, the "tamboora" (a stringed instrument), small cymbals, tambourines, and a harmonium (hand-pumped organ).   The Meghwal people worship sitting on the grass or on mats.   A boys' rally is held for those who have passed the first-year literacy course and can read their Bibles. Coming from villages 50 to 100 miles away, they have lots of fun with competitions in room inspections, sports, Bible quizzes and "sword drills" (looking up biblical references).   A boys’ rally is held for those who have passed the first-year literacy course and can read their Bibles.
