Middle Eastern Ministries addresses the needs and concerns related to a large number of evangelical Middle Eastern new immigrants and to provide for them the necessary spiritual and organizational services.

Black Congregational Enhancement provides leadership to all levels of the denomination to strengthen the nurture and witness of Black congregations.

Native American Congregational Enhancement responds to Native American congregational issues, facilitates evangelism and leadership development.

Asian Congregational Enhancement assists with Asian American ministries issues, helps in new church development projects, leadership development and training conferences.

Korean Congregational Enhancement responds to Korean congregational enhancement issues facilitating evangelism and leadership development in relation to issues affecting Korean Presbyterian constituency.

Hispanic Congregational Enhancement promotes evangelism and the growth of Hispanic churches by providing information and assistance to local congregations and governing bodies.

New Immigrant Groups Ministries works to make PC(USA) more inclusive by welcoming immigrants as equal partners in ministry and mission, and to help middle governing bodies reach out to new immigrant fellowships encouraging growth and new church developments.
