Working for a just peace in Israel and Palestine

As a means of pursuing peace and the common good of Israelis and Palestinians, the 2004 General Assembly instructed the MRTI to start a process of "phased selective divestment" consistent with General Assembly policy on responsible investing.

The process aims to change corporate behavior so that it supports a just and peaceful resolution to conflict. One example of this process is MRTI's conversations with corporations that have been identified as contributing to the ongoing violence that plagues Israel and Palestine.
