Who we are
Cliff Kirkpatrick, Stated Clerk of the General Assembly Friends in Christ,
The OGA serves as the ecclesiastical arm of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). One of the six agencies of the PC(USA), it offers support in the areas of governance and structure.
As Stated Clerk of the General Assembly, I have the pleasure of working with 70 staff members who help me carry out the duties assigned to this position. The majority of my colleagues work with me in Louisville, Kentucky. The rest of them are employees of the Presbyterian Historical Society in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
The 16-member Committee on the Office of the General Assembly (COGA) oversees and supports our ministry and is a partner with OGA in carrying out work assigned by the General Assembly. Follow the links below to learn more about OGA:
