April 17-20, 2009

On April 17, 2009, Presbyterian pastors from all over the country will gather for a time of rest and renewal — a time to break bread with those in common vocation. Come to the Sabbath! 

We hope you will join your sisters and brothers at the 2009 edition of this uplifting event. 

Due to circumstances beyond our control, the site of the conference may be changed. We apologize for the delay in opening registration. However, we want to assure everyone that the dates and leadership will remain the same. A new site will be announced shortly with registration opening soon after that.  Please keep checking the Web site for new information as it is announced. Please email G.A. Meeting Service to be notified when more information becomes available.

Registration will be $275 per person and includes five meals. Spouses are also encouraged to attend as full participants in the retreat.  Registration for couples is $550. 

The weekend will provide you time to rest, relax and renew through purposeful worship, biblical-theological reflection and fellowship.  The retreat will be led by an outstanding group of inspirational speakers and preachers.  Walter Brueggeman will lead the Bible study and reflection on the book of Exodus. Frances Taylor Gench and J. Herbert Nelson will be our daily preachers. Workshops with the speakers will be available on Saturday.
