Registration & Fees

The registration fee is $275 per person ($550 per couple), which includes some meals during the conference.

Register online - you must be able to pay fees due by Amex, MasterCard or Visa. 

Spouse participants will register separately if registering online. Spouse participants are encouraged to take part in all Pastors Sabbath meals and activities, including workshops, but will pay the $275 registration fee.

Before you begin your online registration, please:

  • Review the conference schedule and the workshop options.
  • Know your preferences among the workshops.
  • Have your Amex, MasterCard or Visa available

Register by Mail download a registration form PDF icon to fax or mail to the G.A. Meeting Service.  If you will pay the fees by check, you will mail it with your completed registration form.

Cancellation fee: $50, on registrations cancelled by April 1, 2009.   There are no refunds after that date. 

There is a separate online registration for the optional Board of Pensions pre-retirement seminar.

Make lodging reservations at Sawgrass directly with the resort by March 20. The cost of $119 per night plus tax are not including in the conference registration fee. To register, call (800) 457-4653 and mention the National Pastors' Sabbath or make reservations on the Sawgrass Marriott Web site and enter group code NPSNPSA.
