The 218th General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) elected the Rev. Gradye Parsons as the new Stated Clerk of the General Assembly.
Parsons brings to the position his experience as a pastor (Tennessee) and as presbytery executive and stated clerk of Holston Presbytery. Most recently, Parsons served as as associate stated clerk and director of operations for the Office of the General Assembly.
