PDA has been in contact with San Gabriel Presbytery to determine needs related to an early season wildfire that is slowly burning through dense brush near Los Angeles. About
1,000 people were evacuated from homes their homes.
The fire, which started Saturday, April 27, 2008 has burned more than 400 acres in the Angeles Forest north of the city. Much of area has not been burned in more than 40 years. |
