The children in my church are very excited about the Pentecost Offering. This last Sunday, May 25, my mom gave the youth group an introduction to the offering, and one of the children, Karina, led the group in coming up with ideas to raise funds for children at risk. She said that we could design paper dolls and sell them for $2 with one dress and $2.50 with two dresses. Karina said that if everyone sells one or two we can earn more money to contribute to the offering. Hearing the imagination and faith of that girl was exciting. It reminded me that children are open and eager to give all the blessings that God has given to them.
