Loan — site and site addition
Purpose: To provide low interest
loans to Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) presbyteries and churches
for new church sites (NCD), relocation sites and additions
to existing sites/facilities.
- Up to 75% of total cost of a site
- Principal amortized for 20 years or less
- May qualify for the "Get the Point" interest rate rebate
program
- Additional incentives for new church development sites —
such as reduced interest (down to 4%!) and interest only
payments during first five years
- No loan origination fees or points
- Loans are secured by a mortgage, promissory note and
title policy
- Loan repayments must be guaranteed by presbytery
