Loan — construction or building project
Purpose: To provide congregations of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) low
cost construction or building purchase loans
- Principal amortized for 20 years or less
- May qualify for the "Get the Point" interest rate rebate
program
- Loans are secured by a mortgage, promissory note and
title policy
- No loan origination fees or points
- Loan repayments must be guaranteed by presbytery
