2006–2009 Churchwide Coordinating Team of Presbyterian Women
The Churchwide Coordinating Team of Presbyterian Women includes a moderator, a vice moderator for mission relationships, a vice moderator for justice and peace concerns, a secretary, a historian, a financial secretary, a moderator of the search committee, six racial ethnic members-at-large and 16 synod representatives (one from each synod).
The synod representatives are elected by their PW in the Synod for a three-year term. The terms for the synod representatives are staggered, so that at any meeting, no more than six synod representatives are new. The other positions are nominated by the search committee of the CCT and are elected by majority vote of the voting representatives at the Business Meeting during the Churchwide Gathering. They serve from one Churchwide Gathering to the next.
