Within a decade, the board of directors and current management
aim to have FCC widely recognized as one of the leading colleges
on the subcontinent, and to be a model of Christians and Muslims
working together in a spirit of cooperation, acceptance and
respect for one another.
In 2004, Forman Christian College decided to make the bachelors
degree program coeducational in response to the critical need
of education for women in Pakistan. The college has no residential
space on campus for women, but a Birthday Offering grant will
remedy that situation and enhance the ability of FCC to serve
women, especially Christian girls, who come from the rural
areas and villages of Pakistan.
