In the last seven years, church school enrollment has remained fairly steady. In light of the declining membership, total church school enrollment as a percentage of membership has increased slightly from 41% in 1994 to 43% in 2000.
Children of school age and adults over age 25 are consistently the largest
groups enrolled in church school classes. Young adults (roughtly age 18 to 25)
make up the smallest group -- about 4% of overall church school enrollment.
