2013 Shareholder Resolutions Directory with Proxy Voting Recommendations
The Committee on Mission Responsibility Through Investment (MRTI) met on February 8, 2013, and reviewed shareholder resolutions being submitted to corporations for their 2013 Annual Meetings.
