  1. Question: With the PC(USA) Board of Pensions getting out of the retirement homes business like Plaza Resolana in Santa Fe, providing a Continuing Care Setting for retired minisxters and their spouses, many turn to other options such as the growing number of Continuing Care Retirement Communities across the USA. Question: is there a way to find out how, where or how many of our clergy and spouses have taken this option, what they are experiencing, what criterior they are using to make such a decision? Two sources: one Richard Morgan's book SETTLING IN and the other the Senate Committee on Aging's consideration of a GAO Study on CCRCs I have recently personally visited CCRCs in Santa Fe, Albuquerque, Columbia, Missouri, Gaithersburg, Maryland and Seattle. I would welcome others who have experience, insight, data and what to look for and what to avoid. Thanks and Blessings. Bob Nicholson
