Call for advocacy, Congo
At the end of November 2011, Congo’s people went to the polls in the nation’s third national election since independence in 1960. Sadly, the election was so badly affected by irregularities, maladministration and fraud that local and international election observer teams concluded that the results announced on December 9th could not be considered credible.
