Does anyone have a policy or practice on keeping candidate/inquirer files electronically, and on whether they can be accessed by CPM members?

The topic of questions for use in examining inquirers as they advance to candidacy is one of many that we are developing in the updated "Advisory Handbook on Preparation for Ministry in the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.)." We hope to have the new edition available in September.
