Pamela, as I mentioned to Jane, the next LOI guideline information will be posted early next year. Without knowing more about your organization it seems likely that you'd qualify to submit an LOI. The guidelines will provide more information. Please visit the website referenced below for more information. Thank you.

Dear Sir/Madam we hereby want to introduce Enterprise Development and Governance Facility (EDGF Cameroon) to your organisation, and shall be grateful if you consider us for a partnership working relationship. EDGF is a charity which works with communities in Cameroon and its programmes are capacity building skills on financial literacy and entrepreneurship for single parent young adult girls, post orphan youths, widows and the vulnerable poor in the rural communities. We deliver our projects through community group trainings which are supported by 12 months accompaniment and monitoring of skills. These are facilitated by revolving credits. Our approach aims at building capacities of the vulnerable poor to have access to, and be able to manage credit. One of EDGF’s key objectives is to share information to empower individuals, groups, associations, small charities and community support institutions. These are found on the features papers published on our website: www.freetocharities.org.uk/edgf, you are welcome to read our features articles. Thank you, Gideon Yong Njini Chief Executive Officer

The deadline for letters of inquiry has passed for 2012. Yes, PHP can except letters of inquiry from international organizations doing work in developing countries. However, in order to support local self-reliance, PHP will give priority to applications submitted by organizations based in the geographic area of the proposed activities. Furthermore, those benefitting from the project should be involved in the planning and implementation of the activities.
