International psychosocial support team
Presbyterian Disaster Assistance (PDA) is the component of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) that offers immediate disaster response services, long-term recovery services, and capacity building support, in conjunction with local implementing partners around the world. Frequently, local Presbyterians take the lead in disaster response by organizing other local churches. By sharing such resources, PDA continues the tradition of reaching out to those in need.
