As a Research Fellow at the Akrofi-Christaller Institute of Theology, Mission and Culture (ACI) in Ghana, Ingrid will be combining her Ph.D. skills and training with those of her five years’ experience in South Sudan working with Across (a Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) Global Partner), to pursue research and teaching. This will permit Ingrid to contribute to development of Christianity and Christians in the fundamentally primal cultures of South Sudan’s cattle-keeping communities.

As a facilitator for the Presbyterian response in Haiti, Suzette serves as a link between Presbyterians in the Unites States and their partners in Haiti. She coordinates groups who come to Haiti to learn more about the country and to help rebuild Haitian communities that continue to recover from the devastating 2010 earthquake. “The ministry God has called me to with the Presbyterian Church brings together a lifetime of experience and knowledge in cross-cultural lifestyle,” she says.
